Health Check-up
 Health Check up is a checking of compliances under various laws as may be
applicable to any company and providing report for any issue or non
compliances along with necessary solutions to that effect.
 The liabilities of non-compliance/bad Compliance of Company on Directors
including Non Executive Directors and Officer in Default is humongous.
 Regular health check up can be used as a preventive measures and are helpful
in avoiding large penalties at later stage.

Secretarial Audit
 As per Companies Act, 2013 every listed company and such other class of
Companies are mandatorily required to have a Secretarial Audit every year
from the Company Secretary in Practise.
 The scope of Secretarial Audit is wider than Compliance Certificate that was
required under section 383A of Companies Act, 1956 and covers all corporate
laws and SEBI regulations/guidelines as applicable to the company.
 We have a dedicated team to undertake the Secretarial Audit & its timely
deliverability of Audit Report in order to maintain the time-limit as specified

has first hand experience in incorporating various business entities such as

Companies.
