The student's goals for the year were to improve their English speaking and writing skills. For speaking, they worked on having conversations through steps like learning new words, practicing phrases, and eventually conversing for 3-5 minutes. Their favorite activity was a conversational group where they could practice their goal. For writing, they used websites that provided learning activities and feedback on incorrect words. Their favorite site allowed them to see, hear, and practice phrases and dialogs. Through the conversational group and websites, the student felt they made progress in their English skills and are now focused on learning more advanced vocabulary related to their future career in accounting.

1. Learning Progress
My goal in this year of learning was make my English language better in the talking area and
writing area. One of my goals was have a conversation with any problem. The steps for this was:
learned more words, start to say a few words, interchange phrases with other student or people and
for the last, have a conversation for 3 to 5 minutes with other person. For this I have a various
activities and my favorite was conversational group, because I put in practice my goal. In this year
I learned more about how I can write correctly and how are the pronunciations better. For the write
learning, I have a websites. In a website, I have a lot of learning activities, when I put in practice
that I’m know, making phrases and orations. If the word is wrong, the website show me who words
I’m writing incorrectly and I can see who is the correct compose. My favorite websites is Live
Mocha, because in this website I can learn hearing, seeing, making phrases and seeing dialogs. I
practice all in steps in this website. For my pronunciation learns I was in a conversational group. I
start saying a few words and with the time of practice and the know of more new words I can have
an interchange of phrases with others students in the group. I liked this group because I practice the
dialogs, but when I don’t know a word or how can said a phrase, the teacher said me how is
correctly. In this semester I have a lot of lessons with all the practice that I have. I think that the
class is very good with the websites, laboratories and conversati nal groups but I think that the
o
class was better if the professor created groups and we talked like a conversational group but with
learning activities; only not a websites, talk with others in the group or presentations. One of the
better things of this class is the conversational group because all you can learn; you put it in
practice and learned details of when you talking.

2. My next work plan is learn advanced word with a relation with my future work. I want works with
a relation with the accounting world, because in the future, I’m going to make my own business or
I go to work with my father because he have the own company for machinery for banks. With the
English I’m going to be a better person with more preparation and more opportunities of works.
