Extroversion and introversion are two of Eysenck's three personality factors. Extroverts derive a sense of wholeness from others, while introverts feel fulfilled apart from others' affirmation. Eysenck theorized that introverts have higher brain arousal and seek less stimulation than extraverts, who prefer higher levels of excitement. Later studies found introverts and extraverts do not differ at rest but introverts react more to moderate stimulation. Motivation is influenced by individual choices and social context, rather than just anticipation of rewards. People are motivated by needs for exploration, manipulation, activity, stimulation, knowledge, and ego enhancement in different ways based on their unique perspectives and environments.
Quinolones are a class of synthetic antimicrobial agents that act as nucleic acid synthesis inhibitors. Older quinolones like nalidixic acid have limited utility due to resistance. Newer fluoroquinolones like ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin have broad-spectrum activity and are effective orally for many infections with few side effects. Fluoroquinolones target bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV and have activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. They are generally well-tolerated but can cause gastrointestinal, central nervous system and joint side effects in some cases. In Odoo, making a field required can be done through both Python code and XML views. When you set the required attribute to True in Python code, it makes the field required across all views where it's used. Conversely, when you set the required attribute in XML views, it makes the field required only in the context of that particular view.

4. Get your mouth ready to:
say the sound of the first letter in the word
M ouse – Your lips should be touching.
O ctopus – Your mouth should be open like an “o”.
S tep - Your mouth is only slightly open and air is
barely blowing through your clenched teeth.
Getting your mouth ready to make the correct
sound gives you a running start at the word!
5. Let’s practice
Look at the underlined word. Get your mouth ready for the first sound
• Max the dog sits on a mat.
• Tom the duck waddled to the pond.
7. Sound out each letter of the word
Look at the three letter word below.
You should hear 3 sounds when you say that word.
b a t
Say the sounds slowly, then quickly
b a t bat
8. Let’s Practice
Sound out any words below that you may not know. Be sure to look at
each letter carefully.

You may often find animals like the rhinoceros in
Africa. Rhinos eat only plants and give birth to live
young.
13. Guess a word……does it sound
right?
When you get stuck on a word, it is okay to
try to guess what the word is, but you have
to make sure it sounds right and makes
sense in the sentence.
My dad has a big red truck.
My guess: dig
Does it sound right? No, it doesn’t make sense.
15. Sometimes all we need to do is go
back and read the sentence again.
When you read a sentence and something
doesn’t make sense it’s probably because
you said a word wrong. Go back and read
it again, and you might just get it right on
the next try.
I robe my bike to school. (something isn’t right)
I rode my bike to school. (that’s better)
17. Break a hard word into chunks you
know and then put the sounds
