3. LEAN, waarom wel of niet? 100% kwaliteit in de uitvoering van het werk nastreven. Maximale snelheid van ‘produceren’ nastreven. Maximale klanttevredenheid nastreven. Maximale medewerkertevredenheid nastreven. Maximaal financieel resultaat en financiële stabiliteit van de organisatie nastreven. Innovatie, van het product, de dienst en de markt verdiend aandacht naast de implementatie van LEAN. Persoonlijke effectiviteit, leiderschap zijn elementen die aanvullende aandacht verdienen. 5. De LEAN workshop Met 10 tot 15 deelnemers wordt een bedrijfssimulatie gespeeld. Er is een set aan producten. Geld mag uiteraard niet ontbreken, net als een boekhouding. Met een set van spelregels gaan de deelnemers aan de slag. In 4 rondes aan hun zelf de taak om de organisatie om te vormen tot een zeer efficiënt werkende machine. Periodiek krijgen de deelnemers feed back, tips & trucks om te verbeteren, maar ze zullen zelf (als team) de verbeteringen vorm moeten geven.
