6. INTRODUCTION
Actually this project is about “Problems facing by younger
generations and solutions for the better life”. Main purpose of this
project is giving needed information, awareness and solutions for
problems facing by youngsters nowadays.
for that I done a workshop for Advance Level students on Thursday,
28th
of November 2019 with the help of (Unity Mission Trust – Fostering
peace, harmony and reconciliation across Sri Lanka).
I noticed some problems between A/L students; Teachers and
Principal also suggested me to do the workshop under this topic. So I
have planned to do a workshop. For implementing this project, I got help
from the Principal, Teachers, and Students.

9. IMPLEMENTATION
STEP – I
 Conducted discussion with the principal, mentor, secondly head
and ICT teacher on 12th
of October 2019.
 According to the discussion had with principal and related personals
based on the project about to do workshop for (A/L) students about
problem facing by younger generation.
STEP – II
 Prepared plan for conduction the program.
 Get help from the mentor.
 Arranged every need with the help of principal and staff.
STEP – III
 On 28th
of November 2019 (Thursday) I have planned to start my
workshop at 8:30 am. But it was not possible to start on time.
Because on that date A/L students have a parents meeting.
 Started my workshop on 10:30 am.
 Workshop was continued till 12:30 pm.
 Completed my project in a successful way with the help of the
Teachers and principal.

12. ANALYSIS & INTERPRETATION OF DATA
Before
Before this program most of the students chosen wrong paten and way
for their future.
Then do not have more solutions to solve their problems facing in their
day to day life students really confused to share problems.
After
They got confident to share their problems with their teachers. They had
got to know about the good and bad in a society they had learn to take
decisions by their selves independently. Also now they are ready to facing
their problems with confident.

13. CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATIONS
I had done a workshop for (A/L) students about problems facing by
younger generation and solutions for the better life.
 It was useful for the students.
 All the students got more solutions for their problems. (Personal
and Education)
 They had discussed their personal problems and got prefect
solutions for it.
 All the students used the time as valuable.
