1. Leadership General Management Opportunity
Specialist Engineered Products
Le Mans Area --- Northern France.
Six Figure Package and Career Development Platform.
This is a small but business critical subsidiary of a well resourced, profitable and growth focussed US
Corporation.
Currently underperforming against its budget and other KPIs, the first requirement is to recruit and
lead a team of well motivated functional leaders and instil robust processes across all commercial,
operational and development disciplines. Thereafter success will be measured by the execution of
the plan on time and to budget.
This is a minimum three year assignment, the outcome of which personally could either be the
continuing responsibility for a high performing business unit or the chance to expand further your
career in the Group.
Locally autonomous and remote from Head Office but within a matrix management structure, this
setting must be one in which you are both experienced and successful.
Your functional background is less important than your leadership qualities but familiarity with the
manufacture and development of Specialist Highly engineered products and Equipment would be
regarded very favourably. The complexity of the role requires someone of Graduate intellect.
Fluency in French and American English is de rigueur!!
