Vision.
➢ Great leaders have a vision.
➢ They can see into the future.
➢ They have a clear and exciting ideas.
They are excellent at strategic planning.

Courage
They are willing to take risks to
achieve their goals.

Having qualities of courage
means a person is willing to
take risks.
• To achieve one’s goals
• Without assurance of
success.
Courage.
The reason is there is no
certainty in life or business.
Every commitment one makes
and every action one takes
entails risk of one kind or the
another.

Integrity.
Truthfulness is the core of Integrity
It requires that people
always tell the truth, to
all the people in all the
situation.
Truthfulness is the
foundational quality,
which is necessary for
success in any field.

A complex idea can be
conveyed with just a single still
image, namely making it
possible to absorb large
amounts of data quickly.

Humility.

The Quality of Humility.
➢ Humility doesn’t mean that you are weak or
unsure of the self.
➢ On the contrary it means that you have the self
confidence and self-awareness to recognize the
value of other beings without feeling threatened
by them.

Planning.

Failing to Plan is Planning to Fail. – Alan Lakein.
➢ This is one of the most significant aspects of
outstanding leaders.
➢ They are gifted with the ability to look ahead.
➢ To anticipate with the accuracy what exactly will
the future demand.

Focus.

Ignore the noise, Focus upon your work.
➢ Leaders are always focused on the demands and
necessities of the teams/ company/ family.
➢ They focus on what must be achieved by
themselves/ by others/ and by teams.
➢ They are highly focused on strengths of their own
as well as of teammates.

Teamwork.

Teamwork makes the dream work.
➢ This ability to keep everyone together and work is
key to the success.
➢ Leadership is the quality to get people to work for
one’s self because they want to work!

  • 7. Vision. ➢ Great leaders have a vision. ➢ They can see into the future. ➢ They have a clear and exciting ideas. They are excellent at strategic planning. 7
  • 8. Courage They are willing to take risks to achieve their goals. 8
  • 9. Having qualities of courage means a person is willing to take risks. • To achieve one’s goals • Without assurance of success. Courage. The reason is there is no certainty in life or business. Every commitment one makes and every action one takes entails risk of one kind or the another. 9
  • 11. Truthfulness is the core of Integrity It requires that people always tell the truth, to all the people in all the situation. Truthfulness is the foundational quality, which is necessary for success in any field. 11
  • 12. A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS A complex idea can be conveyed with just a single still image, namely making it possible to absorb large amounts of data quickly. 12

  • 15. The Quality of Humility. ➢ Humility doesn’t mean that you are weak or unsure of the self. ➢ On the contrary it means that you have the self confidence and self-awareness to recognize the value of other beings without feeling threatened by them. 15

  • 18. Failing to Plan is Planning to Fail. – Alan Lakein. ➢ This is one of the most significant aspects of outstanding leaders. ➢ They are gifted with the ability to look ahead. ➢ To anticipate with the accuracy what exactly will the future demand. 18

  • 21. Ignore the noise, Focus upon your work. ➢ Leaders are always focused on the demands and necessities of the teams/ company/ family. ➢ They focus on what must be achieved by themselves/ by others/ and by teams. ➢ They are highly focused on strengths of their own as well as of teammates. 21

  • 24. Teamwork makes the dream work. ➢ This ability to keep everyone together and work is key to the success. ➢ Leadership is the quality to get people to work for one’s self because they want to work! 24
