The group from the Institute of Management Studies at Ranchi University presented on leadership qualities. They discussed leader-follower communication and situations. The presentation identified seven personal qualities of a good leader: believing in yourself, having a great support system, persevering, having confidence, being hardworking, and giving credit to the team. It also examined the leadership styles of Dr. Sushma Priya and Dr. Vinod Priya.
