REFLECTIONS…
Everybody’s
geared towards a…..
…..High-Performing
Organization……
REFLECTIONS…
1. Provider of Choice
- Today the buyer, not the seller, is
sitting in the driver’s seat
- If you don’t take care of your customers,
somebody else will
REFLECTIONS…
2. Employer
of Choice -
People who are
treated poorly
tend to
pass that
attitude on to
their
customers
REFLECTIONS…
3. Investment of Choice
- Financial success may be a function of
revenue minus expenses. But you
can be more sound by reducing costs or
increasing revenues…
-
Make all your people business
partners, have them take a stab at
the financials…..
- If you keep your people well informed and
let them use their brains, you’ll be amazed
at how they can help manage costs…

WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE LEADER?
WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE LEADER?
Management is efficiency in
climbing the ladder of success.
Leadership determines
whether the ladder is leaning
against the right wall.
“Give a man a fish and you feed him for a
day, teach him how to fish and you feed
him for a lifetime.”
Management VS. Leadership
Management is the function of
running an organization from a
conceptual or policy standpoint..
Leadership is the function of making
people aware of their potential, enabling
them to raise the bar and reach their
potential to find success in developing
other people as well…..
Management VS. Leadership
Efficiency
Effectiveness
Preparing for the Role
Efficiency is the ability to do
tasks and deliverables at the end
of the day.
Effectiveness is the ability
to make a difference,….to make
an impact in what matters most
to you and the organization….
Preparing for the Role
Do you really want to LEAD people?
Leadership is
INFLUENCE, no
more, no less….
Preparing for the Role
Your SUCCESS as a
LEADER highly
depends on how you
perceive and
manage yourself,
before going
through the stages
of influence…
IT’S ALL ABOUT
