1. Lead Designer
Responsibilities:
- Drive a team of designers as Team Lead to create requirements specifications and build a world-
class cloud-based product
- Translate requirements and complex business problems into highly usable web pages and
applications in partnership with marketing department
- Assist product management in authoring functional interaction requirements specifications
- Keep finger on the pulse of team activity: plan and schedule timelines, control load, evaluate and
report on progress, etc.
- Construct storyboards, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction designs to
internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with branding and graphics specialists to support the visual style of a company
- Ensure a consistent look and feel across all pages applications
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have excellent oral English to communicate with project stakeholders
- Must have a team and project management experience to be able to act as Product Proxy
- Must have professional experience in web design industry; strong conceptual skills and proven
ability to create prototypes and mock-ups
- Must possess a strong sense of design, and have an eye for quality design, keeping current with
design trends and styles
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well in team/collaborative
environments
