The most flexible, simple, powerful and efficient pallet-system solution available today
Orvieto, May 2012,
With the LDU688XLD, RES-ingenium confirms his continuous improvement strategy
keeping moving to a new line of pallets that focus on the highest level of performance,
efficiency and flexibility.
The goal of this new design is to be able to take full advantage of the performances
offered by the new generation of power devices (LDMOS) available on the market today,
like BLF888AS and BLF888BS.
The new size 133x98mm will still allow you to combine, into 19" rack, n.4 pallets in parallel,
placed in the proper air flow direction, ensuring continuity with the structure design of the
amplifier modules of the AU and XU series.
In particular the LDU688XLD offers the flexibility of the broadband version and the high
efficiency of the Doherty circuitry (>40% typical RF efficiency) in a Fast & Easy product
configuration, “all-in-one”, becoming an innovative “Pallet-system” solution.
Thanks to the
system by RES-Ingenium, customer can buy either a broad-band pallet and then
reconfigure it into a Doherty solution or can buy directly a Doherty solution and change the
frequency on the field, simply with a screwdriver, if it become necessary.
LDU688XLD has been define - by expert broadcasting engineers – “The most flexible,
simple, powerful and efficient pallet-system available today for digital application”
(220Wrms in DVB and >300Wrms in ATSC).
