10. FRANCHISEE MODEL
Layers Skin Clinic operates in the FOFO model (Franchise Owned
Franchise Operated
In the FOFO business model, the franchisor grants the franchisee
access to its brand name. The franchisor provides it for a specific
non-refundable amount (franchise fee) and for a predetermined
amount of time. Therefore, the franchisee owns the business, & is
responsible for paying all operating expenses. The Franchise must
also give the Brand a portion of its sales (royalty).

17. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES FRANCHISEE
The Franchisee will utilize the official logo and brand name in the proper manner
The primary objective of the franchisee is to offer solutions according to specifications given by the clients,
under strict quality accordance laid down by Layers.
The franchisee & Team will attend management-level training & Doctor training Programs pre & post -
launch of the Clinic at the HO & at the Franchisee location Franchises will be required to reach out to clients in
their areas through innovative regional marketing
programs.
The franchisee will ensure that the clients are happy with the services and will periodically stay in touch
with them for new offers and services introduced
18. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES LAYERS
Layers will provide an On-site & administrative setup
Layers will provide procedural & staff training for all treatments.

support, will be offered.
