RESPONSIBILITIES AS DCS/PLC

start-ups.

I/Os to DCS and PLCs.
• Preparation of DCS/PLC monthly overall availability reports and rack room inspection reports.
• Developing AMC service and PMP agreements with OEMs, planning and scheduling AMC visits.
• Installation and commissioning of new DCS/PLC systems as part of up-gradation/Replacement projects.
• Alarm management: Monitoring process alarms for identifying and resolving spurious alarms.
