Laura Cumings has served as an analytics
business leader since 2001. She is trailblazing a
first-of-its-kind methodology for tackling one of
the largest gaps companies are facing today and
she is using artificial intelligence to do it.
She started her company, ACUMEN Ai, to help
the two-thirds of marketers who view 1:1
personalized marketing as critical to their business, yet are unable to
execute it effectively. Her solution leverages tried-and-true campaign
management techniques combined with big data analytics and
automation to overcome the most common challenges.
Prior to starting her own company, she has led advanced analytics
solutions within sales and marketing functions in a plethora of industries
spanning financial services, healthcare, technology, retail, and several
others.
Other notable achievements include being recognized as, 20
Researchers You Need to Know, by Survey Magazine for authoring an
innovative approach to measuring and optimizing the end-to-end
customer experience. She is also a published researcher and seasoned
conference speaker.
Laura brings a unique blend of business acumen and analytical skills to
wherever she goes, whether as a team leader or trusted advisor, and is
always in pursuit of the next data-driven innovation for enhancing a
company’s profitability and growth.
She graduated from the Honors College in Psychology at Michigan State
University and completed her masters degree specializing in predictive
analytics, measurement and research at Western Michigan University.
