5. COTTON
Cotton is a versatile fabric used for clothing, sheets, drapery,
upholstery, and more. There's a good chance you're wearing
something made of cotton right now! To keep cotton looking
fresh, wash it regularly. One of the easiest things you can do
to make your cotton look new again is to separate white fabric
from colored fabric when you wash it. This prevents colors
from bleeding into the white fabric. To extend the life of your
cotton even longer, wash it in cold water and air dry it. Spot
treat stains to keep your cotton looking good as new!

8. SILK

this fabric should be handled with care. However, taking
care of your silk shirts doesn’t have to be hard if you pay
attention to the care label, use mild soap and cool water,
and avoid direct heat when drying, you can easily keep
your favorite shirts in excellent condition.

Wool is an extremely delicate material that is prone to
shrinking, but that does not mean that you cannot wash
your wool items from time to time. Hand wash your
garment by soaking it soapy water, then rinsing and air
drying it. You can also machine wash your garment on the
wool or delicates setting, then air dry your wool garment.
After drying, you may have to gently stretch your wool
garment back to its original size to combat shrinkage.
