I need help to modify my code according to the instructions: Modify the program you created in Lab Assignment #9 (Babbage's Cabbage's, Part 3) to include the following features: Use parallel arrays to store the full name and gross pay of all employees entered. The size of the arrays must be easy to change using a single symbolic constant. At the end of the program, after all the individual employee records have been input and processed, write a summary table to the report file listing the employees entered and their gross pay amounts. See the sample report that follows for an example. (Your program may only store these two specific pieces of employee data in arrays. You will not earn credit for this feature if you create additional arrays for other pieces of employee data.) Create individual functions for computing the sum of the gross pay amounts, the average, finding the maximum gross pay, and the minimum gross pay. Each of these four functions can accept only the array of gross pay amounts and number of valid data items as parameters, and cannot depend on the array being arranged in order. Display the total, average, minimum, and maximum of the gross pay amounts in the report file summary. Use the optimized version of the Bubble Sort (v.3) so that the summary table of employee names and gross pay amounts is arranged in descending order by gross pay. Read input from a data file, rather than the user. See the sample data file that follows for an example (note that the amount of the transportation deduction is supplied directly). You may assume that all data provided in the file is valid. Remove all code related to keyboard input and data validation so that the program simply reads from the data file and writes to the report file without needing any input from the user. Sample Report File Submissions whose programs do not compile without errors, do not use a modular style (i.e., all of the program code appears in the main module), or contain any of the items listed below, will receive a grade of zero: Global variables, Recursive module calls, vectors, structs, or classes, The line using namespace std; Inclusion of libraries that have not been introduced as part of the class (including those that are specific to a particular operating system), or use of their commands, Calls to the system function This is my code that needs to be modified: #include <iostream> #include <iomanip> #include <string> #include <fstream> #include <ostream> #define min_hours 10.0 #define max_hours 55.0 #define min_hourly_rate 15.00 #define max_hourly_rate 65.00 #define overtime_limit 34.0 void input_employee_data(double &hours_worked, double &hourly_wage); void calculate_gross_pay(double &hours_worked, double &hourly_wage, double& ovt_hours, double& reg_hours, double &gross_pay); void calculate_net_pay(double &gross_pay, double& deduct, double &net_pay, double &taxes); std::string input_full_name(std::string& first_name, std::string& last_name); std::string join_names.

The world fish catch dropped from its 1989 high of 100 million tons to 97 million tons in 1990 and has remained at about that figure ever since. Harvests have increased in some oceans but have fallen in others. And rising catches of some species are offset by falling catches of others. Breaking with a historical trend of constantly growing catches, stagnation in the global catch now appears likely to continue. 5. By Sunday night he had only $10 left. He recalled spending $60 on a dinner and a date Friday night. Then he spent $70 on groceries, $40 on gas for his car, and lent $50 to a friend. He didn't recall spending any more money, so the only thing he could think of was that he must have lost the $20 somewhere. a. Program code examples (known also as worked examples) play a crucial role in learning how to program. Instructors use examples extensively to demonstrate the semantics of the programming language being taught and to highlight the fundamental coding patterns. Programming textbooks allocate considerable space to present and explain code examples. To make the process of studying code examples more interactive, CS education researchers developed a range of tools to engage students in the study of code examples. These tools include codecasts (codemotion, codecast, elicasts), interactive example explorers (WebEx, PCEX), and tutoring systems (DeepTutor). An important component in all types of worked examples is code explanations associated with specific code lines or code chunks of an example. The explanations connect examples with general programming knowledge explaining the role and function of code fragments or their behavior. In textbooks, these explanations are usually presented as comments in the code or as explanations on the margins. The example explorer tools allow students to examine these explanations interactively. Tutoring systems, which engage students in explaining the code, use these model explanations to check student responses and provide scaffolding. In all these cases, to make a worked example re-usable beyond its presentation in a lecture, the explanations have to be authored by instructors or domain experts i.e., produced and integrated into a specific system. As the experience of the last 10 years demonstrated, these explanations are hard to obtain. Those already collected are usually “locked” in a specific example-focused system and can’t be reused. The purpose of this working group is to support broader re-used of worked examples augmented with explanations. Our current plan is to develop а standard approach to represent explained examples. This approach will enable an example created for any of the existing systems to be explored in a standard format and imported into any other example-focused system. We plan to follow a successful experience of the PEML working group focused on re-using programming exercises.

57) All of the following are non-arguments except: a. Americans are materialistic because they are exposed to more advertising than any other people on Earth. b. 5. Not all mob bosses avoid prison because John Gotti was a mob boss and Gotti was sent to prison. d. A person is dead if his or her brain has stopped functioning. 24) Which of the following is a disjunctive statement? a. Tommy does not like math class nor swimming lessons. b. Laura and Ann are paternal sisters. c. Either you go to school for an education or you search for a job. d. If there is a hurricane, then the electricity will go off. 48) For the following case, determine which of Mill's methods is applicable and determine the conclusion that can be derived: Tom had $250 in his wallet on Friday afternoon. By Sunday night he had only $10 left. He recalled spending $60 on a dinner and a date Friday night. Then he spent $70 on groceries, $40 on gas for his car, and lent $50 to a friend. He didn't recall spending any more money, so the only thing he could think of was that he must have lost the $20 somewhere. a. The method of concomitant variations: conclusion: Losing the money is probably causally connected to the missing $20 . b. The method of residues: conclusion: Losing the money is probably causally connected to the missing $20 . c. The method of agreement; conclusion: Losing the money is probably causally connected to the missing $20 .
