alarm, Swimming pool Kitchen & Laundry Equipment, Civil, Plumbing, and Carpentry]
Job Description
o Monitor and controlling all MEP system of the hotel during shift period and taking action where
necessary.
o Execution of preventive maintenance scheme and the work order system for all areas of hotel.
o Performs all responsibilities to the standard of performance as detailed in the departmental
operation manual
o Departmental briefing, staff assignments for daily operation and reviewing of shift reports
o Reviewing and tracking of daily shift check list for public area and plant rooms
o Creating work order, Monitor & closing work order in the HOTSOS system
o Giving internal training to colleagues
o Inspecting the area of any damages or any addition requirement in rooms and Back of houses
o Inviting contractor for additional work to survey and to get quotes
o Supervising Upholstery works like wall paper/ Carpet in Guest Rooms
o Issuing work permit, Scheduling and Follow up with external contractor to get it job done on time
o Monitor & controlled GRMS & BMS system with in property
o Conducting Monthly FLS inspection on Fire Alarm/Fire fighting systems
o Ensuring the schedule for water tank cleanings/ Grease Trap Cleanings
o Coordinating with other internal department for shut down (Water/AC/Electric) for Major work
o Maintaining AHU /FCU as per PPM in the Plant rooms/ Public areas/ Guest rooms.
o Attending EHS /food safety meeting
o Attending morning executive briefing with departments heads during absence of Director of
engineer/Resident engineer
o Delighting guest, in accordance to the hotel guiding principles.
o Record all checklist and history card in a systematic way
o Promote customers delight and satisfaction for internal and external customers by displaying
prompt, courteous and positive attitude
