1. Presently working with M/s Viaton Energy Pvt. Ltd. As Sr. Engineer Electrical from Nov2011 to
till date.2x10MW at Vill-khokhar khurd, Mansa.
2. Worked with Sanjog Sugar& Eco power Pvt. Ltd as Electrical Engg from May2011 to Nov
2011.1X10MW Bio-mass Based Power Plant at Sangria, Rajasthan.
3. Worked with Universal Bio-mass as Engg. Electrical & Instrumentation at the time of
erection & commissioning engg. As Electrical Engineer from Feb 2009 to may
2011.1X15MW Bio-mass based power plant at vill- channu, Muktsar.
4. Worked as Technician Electrical With ‘A’ Class Govt Contractor Mr. M. S. Khipal at M/s Khipal
Energy Electronics, Mansa from june 2006 to feb 2009.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Handling activities involving operation, Maintenance, Project execution and Commissioning of
10MW Power Plant including 66KV Sub-station, Boiler and Turbine Electrical Auxiliaries.
• Installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of High Voltage(11KV), Medium Voltage
and Low Voltage Switch-gears including 66Kv outdoor switch-yard.
• Condition monitoring, Preventive and predictive Maintenance of 66/11KV Power Transformers,
11/2X0.433KV Distribution transformers, 11KV Switch Boards, AC and DC Motors, outdoor and
indoor Distribution board.
• Following Maintenance and shut down schedule for indoor and outdoor electrical equipments.
• Fault finding and quick restoration of the system for reducing downtime and achieving zero
breakdown target.
• Assisting Seniors in studying GA(General Arrangement), P&ID(piping & instrument design),
SLD(single line diagram), FDS(functional design specification), Synchronization and interlock
schemes, Test reports, System study and schematic drawings.
• Involve in commissioning of the SUPCON DCS (distribution control system)- checking of
interlocks, control logics, closed loops as per logic designing and Electrical permissive/schemes
to meet the standard safety and operations guidelines.
• Installation, testing, commissioning and preventive maintenance of Numerical Relays for
Generator protection and for 66 KV Switch-yard (Siemens, ABB, MICOM, GE make,) to confirm
to regulations and safety requirement.
• Identification of Spares, tools and providing inputs to seniors for procurement purpose.
• Preparing (RA) Risk Analysis, follow safety measures, (SOP) Standard operating procedures and
maintenance procedures.
• Synchronization of Turbo-Generator with Grid [At 11 KV Level] as and when need arise.

2. • Monitoring of Power Import & Export & analyzing the Auxiliary consumption to achieve
optimum level of production & in house consumption.
• Ensuring optimized usage of all available resources of Man and Machines to achieve highest
reliability of the system.
• Consistent monitoring in the field of Energy conservation through journals and internet to bring
out the ideas for saving potential.
• Promote the dynamics of communication with constructive approach to develop the co-
workers’ relationship at work.
• Isolate and correct malfunctioning in equipments and circuits of a routine recurring nature.
• Di-assemble, clean, repair and re-assemble electrical motors and related equipments following
established procedure.
• Maintenance and repair of distribution transformers, star delta starters, Direct on line starters.
• Locates and repair trouble/fault in motor winding, field, armatures, bearings, brush holders.
• Performed other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Professional:
 Year 2012 - B. Tech Electrical from R.V.D. University, Rajsthan.
 Year 2004 -Diploma in Electrical engineering from B.K.N. polytechnic Narnaul, HSBTE.
