board in Short Cycle Press using Impregnation paper and HPL Press.

Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

• Completed the Erection and commissioning of VITS Impregnator & HPL Press during the period of
November to March-2011.
• Completed the Erection and commissioning of SIEMPELKAMP Short Cycle Press from April to
December-2011.
• Completed the Erection and commissioning of KINGWAY 6x4, 8x4, 9x6 Press from July to
August-2014.
• Managed the installations and commissioning of the entire field (control) wiring for the automation
systems.
• VFDs and power wiring with suitable cable trays, MCC and PCC panels, Transformers and DG set,
safe earthing electrodes.
• Developed control logics in PLCs day to day with new ideas to reduce the breakdowns.
