  within the community.
• To generate livelihood and employment
  opportunities for upland beneficiaries.
• To disseminate technology on bamboo
  propagation for countryside development; and
• To support the demands of bamboo
  users/industries for an increased supply in the
  market.

Agreements (07/06/2012)
1. Soil analysis of proposed plantation area to be collected or
    submitted by HOLCIM c/o OPAG & Holcim;
2. Namtutan , SfC to showcase bamboo rehab c/o CSF
3. Bamboo Rehab and Propagation Onsite training for Pugo and San
     Juan will be done ; at the same time present the Potential of
     Bamboo (presentation of Dr. Manda)
4. Standardized the training modules on Bamboo Propagation etc.
5. follow-up training bill (PBF)
6. Tools and Equipments should be procured for the training team (can
     be sourced locally like “buneng” from Bangar”
7. Principle on promoting local economy
8. Head Secretariat Dr. Alberto V. Lacsamana
9. DENR-ERDS is conducting a bamboo inventory in the region
10. Follow-up DENR profiling on bamboo
• Trainer’s training for bamboo – illardec/
  bamboo foundation/ ATI/ INBAR/ TLRC
