This guide provides information about the home buying process. It discusses determining readiness to buy, creating a budget, finding the right neighborhood and home, making an offer, and financing options. Family planning is important for economic development and reducing poverty. It allows individuals and couples to choose the timing and size of their families. The use of contraceptives has increased globally but population growth remains high in Africa and Asia. Rapid population growth could deplete resources and reduce economic productivity. Investing in family planning to meet the needs of those who want to prevent pregnancies would reduce costs of unplanned births, infant deaths, and pregnancy-related deaths while increasing income and prosperity at both the individual and country level, as shown in studies in Bangladesh.
Maximiano and Jo-Anne Tagactac are missionaries in Mindanao, Philippines seeking to reach the lost through preaching the gospel. Their ministries include Sunday worship services, home visits, Bible studies, prison ministry, radio ministry, and outreach to remote areas. Their goals are to saturate Mindanao with God's word, preach the message of salvation, build lives in Christ through discipleship, and establish Baptist churches. They request prayer and financial support to devote full time to evangelism and ministry.

Centegra Health System is introducing revolutionary 3D breast imaging technology called tomosynthesis at the Centegra Gavers Breast Center. Tomosynthesis takes multiple images of the breast from different angles to produce thin slices that can be viewed individually or as a 3D reconstruction, allowing radiologists to view tissues without overlap and detect cancers earlier. The new technology was made possible by donations to the Centegra Foundation including a $120,000 gift. Medical Nutrition Therapy is now also offered to help with weight loss and improving health conditions like diabetes and heart disease. Screening at Centegra led to early detection of cancer for a patient after plaque was discovered in her carotid artery during a vascular screening.
The document discusses two Impressionist artists, Pierre-Auguste Renoir and Edgar Degas. It provides information on some of their famous paintings from the 1870s-1880s, including "La Promenade" and "The Dancer" by Renoir, and "The Little Fourteen Year Old Dancer" by Degas. It also notes that Renoir developed rheumatoid arthritis later in his career from 1894-1919, but continued painting works such as "The Umbrellas" and self-portraits during that time period. Key paintings discussed include "Luncheon of the Boating Party" from 1881, which is compared to a 2003 painting of the same scene by Neil Folberg.
