 Control daily cash receipt applications for 300 tenants
 Analyze and verify complex tenant leases to ensure billings are in compliance with lease specifications
 Resolve payment disputes and inconsistencies for intricate tenant accounts
 Validate monthly rent rolls and calculate monthly percentage rents
 Maintain and verify scheduled monthly charges and increases for existing tenants
 Supervise accounts payables for the property using Yardi/PayPlus software
 Assist in budget and projection reports
 Verify monthly property occupancy/vacancy reports against co-tenancy clauses
 Develop and maintain good relationships with nationwide tenants and tenant lease and billing contacts
 Implement new processes and improve existing processes to increase effectiveness and productivity
Assistant Regional Property Accounting Manager November 2007 to April 2010
 Established the St. Louis Regional Accounting office that included the hiring of personnel, training and
implementation of policies and procedures.
 Managed the financial and accounting functions for 15 shopping centers generating annual net income in excess
of $155 million.
 Supervised collection efforts for 25 mall management-level personnel
 Controlled daily cash receipt application and collected on past-due accounts for 750 tenants
 Facilitated monthly meetings to discuss collection efforts with corporate office
 Balanced monthly bank reconciliations for 12 shopping centers
