She currently serves as the Property Accounting Manager for two regional shopping malls and a lifestyle center in the St. Louis metro area. In this role, she mentors other account managers, manages the general ledger and financial reports, prepares tax and CAM billings of $40 million annually, and resolves tenant payment disputes. Previously, she established the St. Louis Regional Accounting office and managed accounting for 15 shopping centers generating over $155 million in annual net income. She has extensive experience with CTI/AS400, Yardi, and other accounting software systems.
