antibiotic therapy,antibiotic stewardship program, monitoring all
microbiology culture and sensitivity reports, and potential transmission

Develops and maintains good working relationships across departments to
facilitate excellence in all areas of organizational operations.
 Assists in assuring that staff, residents and visitors follow established
policies and procedures.
 Supports new staff with learning the household culture, policies and
procedures,and job descriptions.
 Performs routine nursing functions in the assisted living, including but
not limited to: completing admission, transfer, discharge and clinical
records; administering medication; consulting doctors as needed;
managing resident emergencies; and participating in continuous quality
