MOHAN CHOPRA
Mohan has had vast international business experience with some of the biggest
multinationals in the world. Starting his career with Xerox corporation in the
United States and held various positions later for product manager for Xerox low
volume copiers for Rank Xerox, with responsibilities of product development and
marketing. He was seconded to Rank Xerox International HQ in London, UK.
Subsequently, Mohan joined the Toshiba group as a special assistant to the
Managing Director of office products in Tokyo. In this assignment he was
responsible for business development for a range of office products in various
countries in the western world and Asia. He launched the electronic typewriters
and word processors in important markets.
Mohan is currently a highly successful consultant in business development with
special emphasis on sourcing technology and infrastructure from Europe, U.S.A.
and India, countries where he is extremely well connected. He maintains high
level contacts with industry leaders in these countries.
Mohan has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from one of the world’s premier
technical universities, IIT Delhi and then got his Masters degree in Engineering
and an MBA from prestigious schools in Massachusetts and Indiana, in the US.

a Jain Group Company as Business Development. He has worked on Banking Application
as well as on ERP solutions on Plastic Industry. He closely worked with United Western
Bank, Jalgoan District Central Co-operative bank, Depart of Telecommunication, and
Directorate of Technical Education and SPIU (A World Bank project for Technical
Education).
He has also worked on Web Based Application on various portals. Some of the projects
conceptualized and designed by him are E-multimetals.com & mumbaimasala.com. He
has leaded a team for conceptualizing, designing and development of a portal on
small-scale industries (allindiassi.com). He pioneered the first e-commerce venture in
