Nephelometry
Nephelometry is a laboratory technique that uses light scattering to detect and quantify proteins like immunoglobulins in blood plasma or serum to help diagnose immune system issues. The amount of scattered light is proportional to the number of complexes and can be compared to standards of known concentrations to determine the level of the unknown protein.
