Step 1: Open your internet browser
Step 2: Navigate to http://kier-incident.econtrack.com
Step 3: Click APR
Step 4: Click Add/ Edit APR
Step 5: Click Add New APR
Step 6: Choose your criteria from the list;
COMPANY: Click & choose the company name
PROJECT: Click & choose the project name
INM/ Insp Date: Choose the date you are inspecting

Type the surname of the person you want to assign activity.

IMPORTANT! 10MB limit on the Kier Server. Please ensure your Camera is set to
lowest resolution setting!

21. Finishing an Inspection
• Click Finish icon on scoring page
• Nominate a Closer by typing the surname of the person, then clicking on
the record so that it populates the closure field
• Click “Nominate this closer” button. This will prepare to generate an
email to the nominated closer so they can review and close.

22. Finishing an Inspection
• To End an Assessment, click the “I Have Finished” icon. This will change
the scorecard status to “Complete”
Please note scorecard CLOSURE is a separate process

BACK TO START– Clicking back to start jumps to the start of the wizard
SUMMARY – shows status of scoring, score and if any comments entered
NOTES – Allows you to enter overall inspection notes
EMAIL – Send PDF print to recipients of your choosing and Closure Request
PDF PRINT – Print a copy of the report

Incomplete APRs – no closer set list;
