Life time Learning made simple, enjoying and effective Kid and Mom – Learning Initiative
Brain researchers are convinced that 50 percent of a person's ability to learn is developed in the first four years of life. This is for parents as the first educators for their kids Learning for 21 st century child An enjoyable learning way, which creates pathways for life time self learning approach.
The child looks at this human shape ,after he is familiar with the visual sensory knowledge. This shape is best illustration to take as an association when we try to introduce it to alphabets. It is easier for the child to understand, learn to recognize and draw with crayons or pencil etc. Let us take some examples. Round Straight vertical line Upward right slanted line Upward left slanted line Straight horizontal line Downward right slanted line Downward left slanted line The children may not draw the shapes to begin with, but when can they can handle pencil or crayon confidently by third year, these shapes will be amongst the first things they will draw!
At birth, the infant brain weighs 300-350 grams (2/3 to ¾ pound). In the first four years of life, the brain increases to 80% of the adult weight of 1200-1500 grams (2.6 - 3.3 pounds). To creep and crawl, a baby needs to use all four limbs. This movement strengthens the 300 million nerve-cell pathways that link both sides of the brain. At around two years, they act more like children and less like babies, they begin speaking grammatically correct sentences and their vocabulary grows faster. By third year, most children can speak in a manner that is essentially adult-like.
Children who are exposed to a rich and varied education early in life develop a great capacity for learning throughout life.
Why this way is important ?? In first two decades of 21 st century….. Every student has a own laptop.   Every home has its own combined computer - television set at a reasonable cost. Every home and student is connected to the Internet. Every person, at almost any age, can have instant access to the world's best teachers in any subject.
Every four-year-old can read, write, spell, count, add, subtract, multiply, divide, compose her own stories, draw, paint - and speak three or four languages - but they've learned all this with fun and games. I f your child is just around 1+ you should make these things more enjoyable for it. You owe it to yourself and the bright future of child. All the best educational programs around the world combine elements that stimulate both a child's physical and mental development .
Our ancestors did not invent any form of writing until 6,000 years ago. It took another 2,000 years before they created the first alphabet. The English language, for instance, has about 550,000 words, created by rearranging only 26 symbols. These words eventually enabled recording and transfer of knowledge. While thinking with alphabets we largely use a section of the left-hand side of our brain.
Learning Alphabets is the first thing that links the child to this world socially , opening up it for the life time learning process. See that the child is comfortable before you start. Child may have short attention span - try to find out why. Have abundant patience. Help it to concentrate and reduce response time. Learning in an enjoyable way the child will strive to move forward and take pride in its learning abilities and the fact that they now know it. Every success is an important landmark for the child. Praise it for every achievement. This encourages child for more efforts and more happiness in learning. Observe how much time child stays with a slide and try to understand why – whether he is unable to grasp it – is it new to it or it is enjoying the novelty. Parents teaching the child this way will create lifelong bonds between them.
Play is the thing ! Play is one of the most effective kinds of learning. Play always demands the best of thought, action and endurance from an individual – more from a child. Playing is a lot about mind-set, about how a child approaches a play - indifferently or with full involvement. To be effective, learning this way has to reduce the distance between the two mindsets.
By the time an infant is two years old, the number of synapses (connecting abilities) is approximately 15,000 synapses per neuron. This amount is about twice that of the average adult brain. Home, not school, is the most important educational institution, and parents, not teachers, are the first educators.
The system by which we use the 10 numerals 0, 1, 2, 3, . . . 9 ( with a decimal point and possibly a minus sign) to represent any value was devised by Hindu mathematicians before the time of Christ. With the Hindu-Arabic number system, a species that had developed a brain that could handle language was able to use that brain -- in particular its linguistic facility -- to handle numbers. How one stores and retrieves information - quickly, thoroughly and efficiently?  For this , one has to use the brain's unique ability to recognize patterns and associating with already known things. A for Apple B for Baby 1 - Nose 2 - Eyes Child learns these things by keen observation – parents have to encourage it, make the child repeat the exercise by asking questions.
Why this way is important ?? The health of every child from birth is regularly monitored to ensure his eyesight, hearing and other senses are in great "learning order". Every five- or six-year-old starts school with an equal opportunity to develop to its full potential. School itself is the best party in town: a base from which to explore the whole wide world of experience and knowledge Knowledge is the only true liberating force for human being. Let your child be free and noble.
Now begins a real entry in the universe of knowledge Let the child decide the frequency of revisit to this show.

Kids Learn

  • 1. Life time Learning made simple, enjoying and effective Kid and Mom – Learning Initiative
  • 2. Brain researchers are convinced that 50 percent of a person's ability to learn is developed in the first four years of life. This is for parents as the first educators for their kids Learning for 21 st century child An enjoyable learning way, which creates pathways for life time self learning approach.
  • 5. Children who are exposed to a rich and varied education early in life develop a great capacity for learning throughout life.
  • 6. Why this way is important ?? In first two decades of 21 st century….. Every student has a own laptop.  Every home has its own combined computer - television set at a reasonable cost. Every home and student is connected to the Internet. Every person, at almost any age, can have instant access to the world's best teachers in any subject.
  • 11. By the time an infant is two years old, the number of synapses (connecting abilities) is approximately 15,000 synapses per neuron. This amount is about twice that of the average adult brain. Home, not school, is the most important educational institution, and parents, not teachers, are the first educators.
  • 14. Now begins a real entry in the universe of knowledge Let the child decide the frequency of revisit to this show.
