In September 2015, AgeSong University launched the ReFIT program to promote physical, intellectual, and spiritual exercises for residents. The program begins each day with a physical exercise followed by an intellectual activity, as the mind and body are directly linked. ReFIT aims to equip residents with tools to live a good life through strengthening of both mind and body. Members of the public are invited to participate in ReFIT on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays through November 2015.
