2. WHY DOES IT RESONATE FOR
YOU?
Good health and well-being is very important to me. I
love educating and inspiring others on how they can
live their best life. There are some areas in my life
where I could improve my health and well-being such
as eating healthier, working out, and dealing with my
anxiety. With the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on
my health and well-being has been difficult but and I
am continuing to learn more everyday!
3. HOW CAN YOUR INTEREST BE
APPLIED LOCALLY?
My interest in good health & well-being can be applied
locally by reaching out to close friends and family and
do health and wellness check-ins with each other.
Continuing to educate and promote good health &
well-being to those around me hopefully will be
impactful and help them face their own challenges.
4. WHERE CAN YOU PERSONALLY MAKE
THE GREATEST CONTRIBUTION?
Learning how to educate friends and family about health
and well-being is where I can personally make the
greatest contribution. No matter how hectic life gets,
taking breaks and working on yourself will change your
life for the better. Easy contributions that I can work on to
improve my health & well-being could include, fixing my
sleep schedule, having a balance diet, learning how to
deal with stress & anxiety, and being physically active. I
would encourage anyone who wants to improve their
health & well-being to do the same.
5. IS THERE A FEATURE OF SOCIAL
MEDIA THAT CAN BE UNIQUELY
APPLIED TO THIS GOAL?
Raising awareness in the community about good health
and well-being through social media is something I
already do and believe to be very helpful. I like to use Tik
Tok to promote healthy food recipes and things related to
well-being such as self-care tips and inspiring posts. I
also enjoy seeing other people on Tik Tok share their
knowledge and experience on health and well-being.
Social media is also a great way to educate others and
spread awareness to a global audience.
