2. Why does this resonate with you?
• Good health and well being is important because the better you take care of
your body and mind, the healthier your future will be! A long with a healthy
mind makes less stress and more of a clear mind for decision making!
• Everything involving the body is important from the brain to your feet,
keeping a well-balanced diet, a healthy mentality, a nice exercise routine can
lead to a brighter future, and to share this mentality with everyone else can
improve the majority of society in a positive light!

3. Applying it locally
• It will be a difficult feat to promote this mentality and to get people
energized to start exercising and to sway them to have a healthier diet but
that is their own business and don’t want to be judged if their way of life is
wrong
• Approaching this matter will be difficult but a way to apply it is to make
pamphlets or posters that let the reader know about the benefits of a
healthier mind and body that can lead to a healthier future.

4. Personally make the greatest contribution?
• The greatest contribution I can make is just to help promote good health and
well being to my closest friends and to the communities I’m a part of since
convincing strangers can go both ways for good or bad.

5. Feature in social media
• A feature in social media would be helpful tips and guides to have people
learn different ways to better their good health and well-being and this
information can be spread around websites, to forms, to discussion boards
on informing curious readers out there who want to better their health and
well being, especially during what the world is going through during a
pandemic!
