• Good health and well being is important because the better you take care of
your body and mind, the healthier your future will be! A long with a healthy
mind makes less stress and more of a clear mind for decision making!
• Everything involving the body is important from the brain to your feet,
keeping a well-balanced diet, a healthy mentality, a nice exercise routine can
lead to a brighter future, and to share this mentality with everyone else can
improve the majority of society in a positive light!

• It will be a difficult feat to promote this mentality and to get people
energized to start exercising and to sway them to have a healthier diet but
that is their own business and don’t want to be judged if their way of life is
wrong

• The greatest contribution I can make is just to help promote good health and
