Writing, editing and reviewing content has been core to most of my roles during my career.
The keys to good content writing are: understanding the message, identifying the audience and
creating clear, well-pitched, content.
I will work with you to understand your message and create content that is professional and on-

3. Mediation is a voluntary process, owned by the participants, in which an
impartial independent mediator helps parties to resolve a dispute in a safe
and confidential environment.
The mediator’s role is to manage the process, and help the parties to
identify the issues and find potential solutions.
I have a graduate diploma in dispute resolution from Massey University, and
have been involved in many mediations over the years, both as an advocate
and a mediator. I have worked primarily in the area of employment, but
have also mediated in other business settings.

Zealand, but have also worked for myself on a few occasions, including a stint
running my own HR consultancy.
I have experience at all levels of business, from the shop floor to the
executive leadership table.
5. Fees
My pricing is based on $70 per hour plus GST.
Content Writing:
The minimum charge for content writing is $70 plus GST.
My usual approach is to first understand my client’s needs, agree a brief with them and quote a
fixed price to meet the brief. Once the brief and price are agreed I will request the minimum
payment or a 10% deposit, whichever is the greater, the remainder to be paid within 14 days of
delivery of satisfactory content.
Depending on complexity, the minimum charge would normally provide up to four pages of
Content.
Mediation:
The minimum charge is $280 plus GST (four hours).
Before the mediation I will request the minimum payment, with any remaining fee to be paid
within 14 days of the mediation. Please note that these charges apply whether or not the
mediation resolves the matter.
