   Lift -– өргөх
   Open –- нээх
   Turn –- эргэх
   Count –- тоолох
   Repeat –- давтах
   Right –- баруун
   Left - Зүүн
   Hands up -– гараа өргө
   Hands down -– гараа буулга
   Turn left –- зүүн тийшээ эргэ
   Turn right - баруун тийшээ эргэ
Listen and number these instructions in the order
you hear them .
a.   Lift your right foot ____
b.   Turn left ____
c.   Sit down ____
d.   Put your hands down ____
e.   Stand up __1__
f.   Foot your right foot down ___
g.   Put your hands up____
h.   Turn right ____
Listen and check

         Now repeat
Listen again and do the actions
Read the fitness exercises and complete with
 words from the box

Clap, lift, open, turn, count, repeat, right, stand up
a. Sit up straight. Close your eyes. Count to ten and ____
