Lesson3. lunch boxes
Look at the pictures and names of food in the lunch
box and write down some unknown words.

                                     A chocolate bar

          A sandwich                     Crisps
In pairs, ask and answer about Dan and
            Amy’s lunch boxes

1. Is there any yogurt in the Dan’s
   lunch box?
2. Are there any apples in his box?
3. Is there any coke in the Amy’s
   lunch box?
4. Are there any crisps in her box?
Here is a lunch box
for you. Write food
     you like it.
Spot differences
Spot differences
Write about 5 differences in Dan and
         Amy’s lunch boxes.
For example:
1. There is some coke in Dan’s lunch box.
   There isn’t any coke in Amy’s lunch box.

  A bottle of pepsi            A can of coke
     An apple                   Some salad
     A yogurt                 A chocolate bar
    A sandwich                    Crisps
HAVING LUNCH Conversation
Waitress: Hi. What's your order, sir?
Bill: Fish and chips please.
Waitress: I'm sorry, there's none left.
Bill: No fish! Well, what do you have?
Waitress: There's some roasted chicken –шарсан тахиа with our special
sauce.
Bill: It sounds OK, I'll have that.
Waitress: One roasted chicken coming right up!
Bill: Got any vegetables with it?
Waitress: Yes, sir. Nice and fresh. It also brings mashed potatoes-төмсний
 нухаш or French fries, which would you like?
Bill: I'll have mashed potatoes.
Waitress: Do you want a roll with your meal?
Bill: No, thank you.
Waitress: Help yourself to butter or gravy.
Bill: Is there any peach pie?
Waitress: Yes, sir, freshly baked.
Bill: I'll have a peach pie for dessert, please.
Read about British lunch boxes and answer true or false
1.    Children in England only go to school in the morning.
2.    They usually have their lunch at school.
3.    They buy lunch at school for their lunch boxes.
4.    English children often have crisps in their lunch boxes.
5.    They don’t usually have any soup in their lunch boxes.

                      School lunches
English school children usually have a long day at
school. Some children eat in the canteen. Others bring
their lunch with them. they often have lunch boxes to
keep their food in. they sometimes have sandwiches,
sometimes sausages and sometimes salad. A typical
lunch box also has yogurt, fruit, sweets and chocolate
bars and drink. English children also love crisps. They
nearly always have them in their lunch box.
Homework
look at your partner’s picture. Write
about differences in your lunch boxes.
