I am a young dynamic and highly talented individual, now seeking roles in a customer service based
environment. I am a reliable, hardworking individual with good customer service skills and capable of multi-
tasking workloads successfully. I’m a well-presented individual who has excellent communication skills with a
strong ability to relate with a wide range of people at all levels. Willing to undertake any necessary further
training to fulfil career prospects and seeking an opening where existing and potential skills may be utilised to

 Using high speed machinery to frank and insert envelopes.
 Utilizing all mail received, recording onto Analysis sheets, affixing correct postage, weighing and sorting
into size and destination.
 Courier packing, recording and data entry to ensure packages are tracked at all times.
 Working within a small team ensuring all client orders are processed and completed with high attention to
detail on a time sensitive basis.
 Taking a database and using astrojet current, which allows us to print the clients information direct on to
envelopes.
 Operating counter balance forklift for deliveries.
