 Variance reports prepared for actuals vs budget and forecast vs actuals and presenting the
analysis done based on the reports to the management team

 Scheduling and conducting monthly operations and leadership meetings with management
team
 Responsible for any Non-Billability across the account groups and alert the respective reporting
managers
 Follow up done with the respective reporting managers for updating the member rate card in
the tool
 Involved in financial year budgeting exercises and supporting the management team for on
time submission to the management team
 Revenue, forecast, utilization, head count, rate card - Trend analysis report prepared and
presented during the operations meeting
 Effectively utilizing the central repository for maintaining the monthly and YTD reports for future
reference
