Kan Ajak School Is a Brainchild
Of Aheu Dit Women Group

• The school runs an early
  child education program
• and a formal primary school
  which goes up to grade five

Since its establishment five
years ago the school has
received more children every
year, with a big number of
returnee children joining the
school.

        The child right club is the first
        to be introduce to kan ajak
        primary school, it is mainly
        teaching the children of there
        rights.

        They are also involved in
        sports activities

need to look for
activities that can
help the children with
there study and
schooling .

came at the right
moment and we
embraced it.

Fuel from waste is
also an active
club, with the
children mostly
involved in
collection of their
own waste at the
school .

the school?

For the children it is
fun to come to school
despite hardships

Sudan is still an issue, with

largest employer-
especially in the army. Non
governmental
organizational employ a
majority of youth but
qualification standard are
sometimes to high for the
locally educated students.
What things do the children want most in life?

• The children here want books and other
  learning materials which are availed by
  UNICEF but is not adequate
• After seeing what a a laptop can do, it is their
  wish that they will be able learn working with
  computers.
• Other needs for furniture and other
  equipment's
