I must tell you. I read your FB post last night about placing calls to Realtors
who don’t pick up their phone or even bother to return your call in a timely
fashion when you want to show a property they have listed!
I am so disappointed in realtors (except you). We got treated to dual agency
through the sale of our home, here on Lake Oconee. Our listing realtor was
absolutely worthless. No help from him in negotiations whatsoever.
