transactions occur between operator and customers. The stability and durability are the critical performance
factors investigated by business continuity. Traditionally, if firmware or software upgrade, errors and losses
occur, technician needs to identify the problems and fix them, or even re-install on site.
Partner Tech’s Connected Device Management (CDM) is an integrated cloud-based solution that supports the
technician of Head Quarter to remotely control all terminals, like Desktop POS, Mobile POS, and KIOSK. It also
provides the collaboration functionality that our Help Desk could solve the system issues simultaneously.
IT Supervisor could also control over terminal parameters and perform all administrative handling, and then
further prevention of malfunction.
