Implement and lead group sessions to encourage mental health patients to observe their actions
and emotions and adapt their behavior to improve their function in daily life :
• Create arts and crafts, sports and cooking classes for group sessions ;
• Work in collaboration with co-therapists within the sessions and through creative processes,
and attend weekly multidisciplinary meetings ;
• Share information based on theoretical models and approaches with participants (dialectical
behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interview) ;

Evaluate mental health patients (all ages, on an inpatient and outpatient basis) and elaborate
intervention plans throughout individual sessions :
• Use standardized and non-standardized tools in the evaluation process ;

• Provide the right context for personal and vocational skills development ;
• Assist the patient in community integration throughout the therapeutical process ;
• Participate in meetings with a multidisciplinary (social worker, registered nurse,
psychologist, psychiatrist) mental health team ;

issues through interviews, observations, and standardized assessments. Establish
