- 8. Engineering/Tool Room TOOL ROOM CAPABILITY Judco’s 6 man shop has personnel that are highly trained and experienced in mold making, prototyping, and machining of all types of jigs and fixtures. Our equipment consists of two Mini Haas machine centers with high speed capability for prototyping and one Haas VF1 used for mold making. Also included are lathes, surface grinders and 4 Bridgeport mills. Newly acquired CamWorks (cad/cam system) provides reduction in programming time and file sending to mold makers. Elysium provides Catia read/write translator for more efficient communications with Tier 1 engineers.
- 9. Wire Capabilities 7 fully automated Komax 333 wire processing machines. 1 automated Komax 110 bench-top machine. All machines capable of both single and double end terminations. Sophisticated crimp force monitors for exacting crimps. Wire processing done on a continuous 24 hour / 3 shift schedule. Can process wire gauges from 12g to 26g.
