Joshua G. Phillips is a licensed professional land surveyor with over 15 years of experience in land and hydrographic surveying. He is currently the vice president of Eli & Associates, where he manages field survey operations and conducts property research and boundary resolutions. Prior to this role, he performed international offshore surveys and worked as a professional land surveyor for other firms. He has extensive experience in field data collection, post-processing, and legal documentation for a variety of project types.
