Currently, he is the Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Irving, Texas, where he assists in managing operations and outcomes for all divisions. − Assist in managing the operations and outcomes of all divisions within the department, including
recreation, senior services, parks, aquatics, athletics, museums and special events.
− Develop policies, regulations, strategic goals and objectives for the department.
− Monitor compliance with all departmental, municipal, state and federal regulations and laws.
− Manage 375 full-time, part-time and seasonal personnel, including oversight of hiring, training,
evaluations and discipline.
