How NAVFACMAR Support Missions
• Sea turtle nesting habitat monitoring enable Special Operations seashore training
• Brown treesnake interdiction/control implemented on multiple islands to support large-
scale DON, USMC and USAF exercises
• Listed species surveys on JRM lands support delisting initiatives by providing USFWS
improved status information. Delisting of species will reduce regulatory burden to
support multiple missions
• Feral pig removal to reduce native forest degradation and protect warfighter families
