Join Hands Ghana is a nonprofit organization based in Chiana-Navrongo that aims to empower vulnerable groups and help alleviate poverty. After conducting a needs assessment at the Garden City Special School in Kumasi, Join Hands Ghana plans to donate vital items to the school and interact with the students on November 14, 2016. The founder, Gariba Samuel Logoniga, expresses gratitude to his team for their successful outreach and to the school authorities for their warm welcome.

Join hands Ghana is an antipoverty nongovernmental agency which is based in
Chiana-Navrongo.
In view with the needs assessment Join Hands Ghana conducted at the Garden
City special School-Kumasi Asokore Mampong. The Foundation would be
embarking on a project at the agency. We will be Donating vital items to the
agency and also make time to interact with the inmates.
We believe in redefining the vulnerable to be a change agent in the society.
Join hands with the team as we do this charity act on the 14th November
2016.
