Brief Description: Monavi Extension 20 was acquired by Netcare in a joint venture to
develop a new 200 bed hospital. This will be a flagship hospital to satisfy the need in the
area and compete with nearby opposition hospitals. Bulk services has been completed and
construction is set to start in June 2016.

Brief Description: In partnership with the Radiology department at Netcare Pretoria East
Hospital, a new state of the art PET/CT scanner was bought and installed. A full upgrade
and alterations was needed to accommodate the new machine and system. This project
forms part of Netcare’s continuous upgrading and acquiring of specialist services. This
scanner is very unique and one of only two in South Africa.

Brief Description: As part of Netcare’s sustainability drive, most of their hospitals are
receiving specialist and sustainable changes and equipment to save money, the planet and
be able to function independently from municipality supplies when needed. This 7.5 million
rand, 500 000 litre water tank project was preceded by a sustainable lighting project, seeing
installation of around 10 000 new florescent lights.

Brief Description: A multi discipline upgrade and major alterations to Netcare Linmed
Hospital in Benoni. This project sees the upgrade of various theatres, CSSD lab, Laundry
and sluices. Constant upgrading and growth is required to keep up with South African
Health demands. New and advanced theatre equipment to DOH specifications was
installed to form part of strict quality control.

 2016 Netcare Ferncrest, Orthopeadic Ward, Rustenburg, South Africa

Brief Description: Upgrade of Netcare Ferncrest Hospital’s orthopaedic ward. This is a full
upgrade and alteration to the existing ward, seeing new mechanical and electrical
installations with state of the art theatre equipment and medical gas. This project forms part
of the multi-phase project at Ferncrest hospital.

Brief Description: Construction of a brand new Cath Lab for Netcare Montana Hospital, as
the old one was getting out-dated and non-functional. Carefull planning and specialist
design was required to “fit” this new lab into the hospitals existing footprint. This project
was of high importance to Netcare and a “race against time”. This project was accelerated
and completed in a record time. With 24 hour shifts and critical planning the project was
successfully pulled off with first time DOH approval on exact planned completion!

Brief Description: Full upgrade on Netcare Ferncrest Hospital’s surgical ward. Mechanical,
