The HR department is planning a job fair at Aligarh Muslim University in the third week of February 2013 to connect job applicants with employers. Over 25,000 students from a variety of disciplines are expected to attend. Employers who participate will have an efficient opportunity to meet and evaluate a large number of applicants. Space is limited, so prompt responses are requested to reserve a table at the fair.

As the economy recovers, your attendance will provide you with an efficient opportunity to survey a
large number of job applicants quickly and inexpensively. It also will enable you to network with other
