companyisbased out of Colorado,butmainlyoperatesin the natural gasMarcellus-Uticaunitof
Pennsylvania,Ohio,andWestVirginia.Mymaindutywasto operate a twenty-onemillionBtupropane
superheatertruck thatburnedan average of five thousandgallonsof liquidpropane aday. Inaddition,
our heatertruckswere responsible fordistributingthe largestvolume of fracingwateroneachsite
location.Itwas imperativethatwrittenimpact mitigationmeasures were conductedregularlytoensure
no unauthorizedenvironmental releaseof hazardousmaterials occurred. ThroughourJobSafety
AnalysisprogramIwas requiredtoproperlydocument andmitigate anypossible hazards,these
measureshadto approvedandsigneddailybyaChevronHealthEnvironmental SafetySpecialistaswell
as my supervisor.Once ourJSA’shadbeensignedIwasresponsible forbriefingmultiplecompanies,and
shareholders,onthe dangersof ourtrucksand what our operatingplanwasforthe day. I adheredto,
as well as,assistedinthe creationandimplementationof strict operatingprocedures forthe company.
In addition, Iwasresponsible fortrainingnew employeesoncompanypoliciesandexpectations.Iwas
requiredtomaintain,repair,andtroubleshootanyproblemsthatoccurredonthe trucks and effectively
communicate withmynextlevelsupervisortogetrepairscompleted.Due tothe dangersof actively
