This document discusses plans to improve placements at JMI FET through several new initiatives: 1. The induction of a new dedicated placement team divided into jobs and internship subteams, led by Professor Rihan Khan Suri. 2. The development of a new customized placement brochure, dedicated placement space, jobs/internships portal, and audiovisual featuring alumni interviews. 3. Details on how the placement teams will be structured for each department and the selection process for student placement coordinators and shadow coordinators. 4. Information on registering for placement coordinator interviews and accessing the new JMI FET landing page and community portal.
