Training and Placement Cell
The Placement Cell plays a pivotal role in locating job opportunities for Under Graduates
and Post Graduates passing out from colleges by engaging with reputed firms and industrial
establishments. It operates round the year to facilitate contacts between companies and
students. The number of students placed through the campus interviews is continuously
rising. On invitation, many reputed industries visit the institute to recruit future leaders to
fulfill their company’s aspirational goals.
The students are given training in their Aptitude, Technical, Communication, Logical & Verbal
Reasoning and Soft Skills from the third year of their under graduation by having third party
tie-ups with training institutes. Apart from this, guest lectures and workshops by industry
veterans and alumni are organized. A number of MNCs and startup companies like TCS,
Wipro, Infosys, L&T, Sanmar, Zoho, Sutherlands, OrangeScape, Freshworks etc, are invited
for the On-Campus Recruitment Drive every year and thus the placements of the students
are facilitated.

In addition to regular placement activities each year, the Placement cell is also involved
in arranging industrial visits, summer and winter internships and in-plant training for
students right from their first year of studies. The goal of any institution’s placement
cell is to gain the maximum number of Pre Placement offers (PPOs) for their students.
Objectives of Placement Cell:
 To develop the students to meet Industries’ expectations by bridging the
gap between Industry and Academia.
 To achieve 100% placement through on-campus & off-campus drives.
 To equip students to develop technical knowledge as well as soft skills in terms of
Communication, Organization, Teamwork, Critical thinking, Social skills, Creativity,
Interpersonal communication and Adaptability.
