Facility Administrator 2005-Present
 Provides direction, inspiration, and counseling to teammates and monitors workflow functions, outcomes,customer
satisfaction and quality measures of the facility
 Financial management of the facility; monthly monitoring of financial results, variance reporting and actions plans to meet
established budget objectives.Review and management of income statements.Supervises inventory management including
purchasing,product selection, and supply usage.
 Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in accordance with State and Federal Regulations for patient care and
services (HIPAA, CMS, OSHA, or other governing agencies).
 Achieved selection as pilot facility to implement new initiative to manage diabetes in ESRD patients.
 Continuously look at current processes and procedures to identify and implement areas of improvement
 Leads facility health meetings with Medical Director, Interdisciplinary Team, Regional Operations Director to review results,
identify barriers, and implement plans of correction to ensure service excellence
 Provides oversight of the safety team leader to ensure all equipment and supplies are maintained to provide quality care and
to ensure the safety of patients and teammates.
 Identifies and plans prompt corrective action for any issues with safety or equipment and systems.
 Participates in the development, revision, and implementation of policies and procedures with the Regional Operations
Director/Medical Director to assure consistent,efficient and safe operation of the facility/program.
 Provide leadership to direct reports and help them to overcome any organizational obstacles encountered during projects.
 Plans, organizes and supervises the nursing,technical and biomedical staff to ensure high quality patient care.
 Facilitates teammate development (PDRs, coaching, mentoring, training, outside training); collaborate with direct reports to
create professional development goals.
 Develops and conducts educationalprograms to keep teammates up-to-date on new policies, new laws and regulations
impacting work, and other information necessary to maintain teammates’ knowledge of department processes and goals.
 Ensures mandatory in-services and annual competencies are completed as required.
